Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for setting the digital and marketing technology direction for the Major, Lindsey & Africa and Allegis Partners brands. The position is also responsible for implementing online brand, acquisition, and experience strategies and goals. This role manages the website experience and integration, job board experience and integration, social channel management, marketing automation, lead acquisition, data and analytics, and implementation of enterprise technologies to build the customer experience and increase marketing efficiencies. The Digital Marketing Manager will advise how brands can be communicated and experienced through digital interactions and how digital interactions can fit into broader customer experiences.

Essential Functions:

Contribute to, develop, and execute MLA and AP’s digital strategy to support strategic marketing and communication plans incorporating search, database ,email, social media and online advertising campaigns.

Oversee the day-to-day management of websites, including completion of website administration tasks; creating and maintaining web pages in a CMS (Sitecore) according to prescribed style and content standards and including the uploading of images, text, and metadata.

Develop and advise other digital marketing team members by providing digital expertise, defining team objectives and goals, and by managing and measuring success criteria.

Continuously evolve goals and strategies as business and marketing objectives evolve.

Serve as a liaison between marketing and corporate technology/IS teams to understand enterprise technology direction, influence enterprise decisions, and integrate enterprise technology with marketing digital properties and tools.

Execute projects to be high quality, on time, and on budget; effectively track and communicate project status, issues, timelines, etc.

Ensure Web properties are developed and evolved in accordance with business and marketing objectives.

Through collaboration with marketing partners, drive execution of multi-channel online/Web campaigns to appropriately reach targeted audiences in accordance with business needs.

Optimize online campaigns through testing, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis.

Manage the Web experience (desktop, mobile, and app) of site visitors, effectively funneling and nurturing leads in both B2B and B2C channels.

Develop tracking infrastructure to ensure digital media campaign return is actionably visible and online spend efficiency is constantly improved.

Develop a strong lead acquisition and nurturing program that generates quality candidates and clients. Oversee lead distribution as needed.

Continuously benchmark and monitor competitors and leaders in other industries to ensure that we are leaders in the online world. Leverage insight to identify and capitalize on emerging marketing channels

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.

Job Requirements
Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related business/operations field

A minimum of 3+ years in a similar role

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

Creativity

Strong knowledge of legal or professional services industry is preferred but not necessary

Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in successfully supporting multiple practice areas, divisions, or brands is highly desired

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Marketing/Exact Target experience preferred

Advanced knowledge of search engine marketing strategies including SEO

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including facilitation of group discussions and training sessions

General knowledge of software solutions (Salesforce knowledge is preferred) and process flow

Change management skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to conceptualize processes and execution barriers by asking probing questions
