A delicious bok choy and shrimp recipe!
Buy raw shrimps from the local market or Fresh grocers at US$9 a packet.
Ribs of Shrimp (Medium)
Clean and remove the shell and fin
Place them in a bowl
Season them to desired taste
I added garlic powder, parsley, old bay seasoning and black pepper
Heat a sauce pan (fairly large)
Add about a half stick of margarine to the heated sauce pan
Let it simmer
Soak up the margarine flavor, now containing all the flavor by putting a top on the sauce pan while it simmers
After about 15 minutes, add the prepared Bok Choy cabbage.
After you have cleaned and cut to desired size
Add chopped onion
Add chopped peppers (green, yellow, red)
Now if you like your Bok Choy, well-cooked soft that is fine
I like mine very green but still some crunch
Let the flavors marry then serve
